First Flush

Picking of the brand new two leaves and a bud in the earliest spring growth of the plant, as early as February and often lasting through April. More delicate and tender and therefore more light, floral, fresh, brisk, and astringent in flavor.

Second Flush

Favoured by many, Second Flush Tea is plucked from mid-May to mid-June, when the monsoon rains arrive. They offer the same flavour profile as the First Flush, but with more body and less astringency.

Jasmine Pearl Tea

Like a plant growing from a seed, Jasmine Pearls go through the "agony of the leaf" during brewing and unfurl in a similar manner. Fresh and sensual, Jasmine Pearls can be steeped up to 3 times. The rolled pearls are dried, then blended with unopened night-blooming jasmine flowers.

Darjeeling Black
